A full 0.8 inches of rain fell last night at the farm, quenching and cooling the soil and the plants. This precipitation will be greatly appreciated by all, especially the recently seeded carrots, beets, radishes, turnips and arugula. The forecast of two 80 degree days are also welcome.<\/p>\n<p>The rain was preceeded by an enveloping wall of windswept clouds.
