Now is the opportunity to take advantage of extra greens, spicy radishes, hot peppers, and basil. Make and freeze some pesto now before the frosts come and the plants are gone.  <\/p>\n<p>We also highly recommend that those of you that like hot peppers think about making a big batch of Jalapeno en Escabeche.
