One of our favorites is the<\/span><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family:lucida grande;font-size:100%;\"  > Kale with Vinegar and Egg.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span>    <\/p>\n<p  style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><b style=\"\"><span style=\"\">Winter Squash<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/b><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">We\u2019ve been taste testing the various different varieties of winter squash stored in the barn, and enjoying it. Butternut, Carnival and Sunshine have all been delicious. We like to bake them in the toaster oven for a quick meal. You can either eat the squash right from the rind, or scoop it out for use in other recipes.<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_IZpBNvaDJnw\/SLSxx-q2bBI\/AAAAAAAAAGs\/hFPnRLMzhiQ\/s1600-h\/garlic+cleaning+0808.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/_IZpBNvaDJnw\/SLSxx-q2bBI\/AAAAAAAAAGs\/hFPnRLMzhiQ\/s320\/garlic+cleaning+0808.jpg\" alt=\"\" id=\"BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5239007738733161490\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p  style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><b><span style=\"\">Baked Winter Squash<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><br \/><i>Ingredients:<o:p><\/o:p><\/i><\/b><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Winter squash<o:p><\/o:p><br \/>Salt<o:p><\/o:p><br \/>Olive oil<o:p><\/o:p><br \/>Optional: butter, honey, sorghum, maple syrup<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p  style=\"color: rgb(255, 255, 255);font-family:arial;\"><span style=\"font-size:100%;\"><b><i>Method:<o:p><\/o:p><\/i><\/b><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-size:100%;\">Cut squash in half from top to bottom. Scoop out seeds. Prick the cut side of the squash with a fork a dozen or so times. Sprinkle some salt and drizzle a little olive oil on the squash.
